About the author
Ash Alexander-Cooper OBE is a former military unit commander, world-championship athlete, and international musician. During a three-decade career, Ash served as a helicopter pilot, airborne, jungle warfare and counter-terrorism specialist, spending seven years deployed in some of the world’s most challenging environments. Wounded multiple times, Ash proudly supports several veterans’ charities. Since retirement, Ash has focussed on leadership and resilience and is now a sought-after international keynote speaker and strategic advisor. Mindful Soldier is his first book.
