The lifestyle and habits that are shaped with the passage of time are causing health to take a back seat in terms of the training of students from an early age. This fact is extensible to all educational stages, as can be seen in the many studies that affirm that human beings live under a level of stress that is difficult to sustain over time.The area of physical education becomes an essential tool to be able to transfer to the students the necessary knowledge regarding health education. Awareness of the value of health also responds to the educational needs of students at the school level.The present work offers a model based on various perspectives dealing with the physical, mental, contextual and operational levels. In addition, he holds a Bachelor's Degree in Primary Education, a Bachelor's Degree in Pedagogy, a Bachelor's Degree in Psychopedagogy, a Master's Degree in Child Psychology and a Master's Degree in Educational Innovation.
