Description

This book comprehensively and systematically comprises the basic science and technology of fluoropolymeric membranes. Early chapters discuss the structure and properties of fluoropolymeric membranes, followed by the introduction of typical fluoropolymers like Poly(vinylidene fluoride), Poly(tetrafluoroethylene) and Poly(ethylene chlorotrifluoroethylene). Later chapters address the fabrication strategies of advanced fluoropolymeric membranes with their novel applications in chemical-/bio-separations, water treatment (reverse osmosis, nanofiltration membrane and process, etc.), hybrid systems, fuel cells, batteris, etc.
