Ricky Lam is Associate Professor and Associate Head in the Department of Education Studies at Hong Kong Baptist University, Hong Kong, China. He is Associate Editor of
Frontiers in Psychology and has served in several international editorial boards of journals, such as
Assessing Writing,
RELC Journal, and
Journal of Asia TEFL. He has mentored eight doctoral students.
Benjamin Luke Moorhouse FHEA is Assistant Professor in the Department of Education Studies at Hong Kong Baptist University, Hong Kong, China. He is a recipient of the Early Career Teaching Award 2019 from the University of Hong Kong and a Fellow of Advance HE.
