Un ester d'hexénoate bioactif produit par le champignon endophyte F. Oxysporum

Ce travail visait à caractériser les composants bioactifs des champignons endophytes isolés de l'écorce de la plante Sclerocarya birrea en utilisant FT-IR, NMR et EI-MS et, sur la base de l'activité antimicrobienne, ces deux champignons endophytes (Fusarium oxysporum et Penicillium sp) ont été sélectionnés et fermentés pour une production à grande échelle sur bouillon de dextrose de pomme de terre et sur milieu de riz solide, respectivement. Leur extrait brut d'acétate d'éthyle a été fractionné et purifié par chromatographie sur colonne silca-gel. D'après l'analyse spectrale, la fraction SB7-FO-F10 a été caractérisée comme étant du 1-Hexyl-6-(-3-méthoxy)-hex-2-énoate.
