About the author

Margot Dazey is a tenured researcher at CNRS, France (French National Centre for Scientific Research). Before joining the Centre d'études et de recherches administratives (CERAPS) in Lille, she held fellowships at the University of Cambridge, Yale University and the European University Institute.
