About the author










Yenkong Ngangjoh Hodu is a Professor of International Law at the University of Manchester and was until 2022 the Head of the University of Manchester Law School
Makane Moïse Mbengue is Professor of International Law at the University of Geneva and Affiliate Professor at Sciences Po Paris. He is also an Associate Member of the Institut de droit international and a Member of the Curatorium of The Hague Academy of International Law.
