Our African societies are undergoing major demographic and economic changes, and are faced with numerous environmental challenges, such as the invasion of the environment by solid waste. Faced with these environmental challenges, the aim of this research in a specific school setting is to analyze the reasons for the lack of eco-responsible behavior among pupils, and to explore the level of teaching of environmental education in lower secondary schools, in order to identify good practices and possibilities for school projects in favor of environmental health, as well as to identify the obstacles and limitations that work against it.
