The Profile of Literacy Teachers - Reality in Santa Catarina's Public Schools

This research aims to present the profile of literacy teachers in Santa Catarina's public schools. For the analysis, different categories were studied, which were identified in the INEP 2013 microdata. In this way, it was possible to study the profile of teachers who work directly with literacy classes in basic education in public schools in the state of Santa Catarina.

About the author

She has a master's degree in Education from the University of Southern Santa Catarina (2015), a specialization in Special Education from the University of São José (2014), and a degree in Pedagogy from the University of Southern Santa Catarina (2011). She has teaching experience in Basic Education and Higher Education, and in coordinating free courses.
