The world of work among young people in Complexo do Alemão - Perspectives on entering the world of work

This book was developed during my Master's degree at UERJ/FEBF, under the supervision of professor and doctor Mônica Peregrino. It was developed among young people from the Conjuntos de Favelas do Alemão during the pacification process (2013/2014). The aim was to understand the entry of young people from Alemão into the job market, even in a place with a high degree of violence, especially among young people, we found empowered young people establishing other communication routes.

Insegnante di storia e sociologia per lo Stato di Rio de Janeiro/SEEDUC. Psicopedagogista presso l'Istituto per lo sviluppo psicosociale. Formazione supplementare: questioni razziali presso la UFRJ e Master in Educazione, Cultura e Comunicazione presso la UERJ/FEBF. Ha lavorato come dirigente per il Territorio di Alemão presso il SEASDH.
