Die Dattelpalme Phoenix dactylifera L. und ihre Gefäßfusariose

Die Gefäßfusariose der Dattelpalme (Phoenix dactylifera L.), verursacht durch Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. albedenis (Foa). Sie gilt als eine der schwersten Krankheiten, die eine ständige Bedrohung für die Palmenhaine Nordafrikas darstellt und seit ihrem Auftreten im Jahr 1870 zum Verlust von 20 Millionen Palmen, darunter drei Millionen algerische Palmen, geführt hat. Eine Sammlung von Isolaten, die die Vielfalt der Foa-Populationen repräsentieren, aus symptomatischen Palmenhainen und drei Isolate aus der Rhizosphäre wurden in dieser Arbeit verwendet.
