She specialized in Pharmaceutical Technology and worked as a research scientist in the pharmaceutical research and development department. She is a health blogger and a dance artist. She has been a Lacto vegetarian since birth, like her parents and her grandparents. Her previous books include Eat to Prevent and Control Disease, Secret of Healthy Hair, and Eat So What! series.
