The current study focuses on the subjective well-being and work-life balance of Anganwadi workers in Alappuzha District, Kerala. Anganwadi workers play an important role in the country's healthcare and early childhood development services, and they frequently face a variety of obstacles on a daily basis. The purpose of this study is to look into the elements that influence Anganwadi workers' subjective well-being and ability to maintain a healthy work-life balance. This research uses a quantitative methods approach, including questionnaires, to provide light on the particular issues faced by Anganwadi personnel, such as severe workloads, low compensation, and inadequate resources, as well as their influence on the overall quality of life of these dedicated professionals. The findings provide important insights into the specific issues experienced by Anganwadi workers and how these challenges affect their overall well-being. By gaining insights into these issues, this study seeks to provide recommendations and interventions that can enhance the subjective wellbeing and work-life balance of Anganwadi workers, ultimately benefiting both the workers and the communities they serve.
