About the author

Ellie Rose has worked as an author and editor of children's books for over a decade. She loves to explore the magic of being a happy and healthy kid in her storytelling. When she's not collecting picture books or embroidering flowers, Ellie spends her free time in Chicago, IL, with her husband and their exceptionally cute cat, Umi.

Esme Lee, who originally graduated from the University of Brighton as a 2D print designer now translates her work into illustration. Using bold colors and a strong graphic look, Esme loves to bring narrative and storytelling to life in a unique way. Still based in Sunny Brighton, Esme lives with her pet duck, who loves cucumber.
