About the author

K Perry Gipson: educator; author; licensed real estate broker/owner; and proud, loving and doting gymnastics dad. I enjoyed a front-row seat as my little girl excelled and achieved in the sport of gymnastics. I watched as she developed while enduring the rigors and physical demands of the sport. As she rose to the ranks of level 9, she then would encounter her greatest challenge at the young age of 12: she was diagnosed with scoliosis, a sideways curvature of the spine. This book chronicles her journey and experiences in overcoming her young life's biggest obstacle.
