Not all research in the field of organizational science is subject to contextualization in the same way, because its objects are more or less able to stand on their own, and its observations are more or less easy to explain.A researcher's real duty is to provide clear, precise explanations of the concepts and notions that are most important, if not indispensable, to understanding a discipline. The potential reader will thus be moulded, impregnated and able to continue reading, which may be aimed at indoctrination or self-training.In producing this second edition, we wanted to reinforce a new direction in management education, primarily at post-secondary and post-graduate levels. The in-depth writing of this elementary management dictionary is a response to the difficulties experienced by learners at the aforementioned levels of study in appropriating managerial jargon.
About the author
Godé ATSHWEL-OKEL MUNTUNGI holds a Doctorate in Political and Administrative Sciences from the University of Kinshasa and is a Management Expert. To date, he is a full-time professor at the University of Kinshasa and a visiting professor at several universities and institutes of higher education throughout the DRC.
