About the author

Bob Cattell was born in East Anglia in 1948 and now lives in Wenhaston, Suffolk. He combines his job as an advertising copywriter with writing children's books about sport. He is a lifelong Aston Villa supporter.David Ross was somehow always the reserve in his school football team, which gave him lots of time to observe the game. He loves to hate supporting Heart of Midlothian and has written numerous other books for children. David Lives in Burley Gate, Herefordshire.
