The development of human capital is one of the key pillars of the Senegal Emergent Plan (PSE). As a lever for growth and a promoter of progress, rapid entrepreneurship was quickly integrated into the employment policy of the SALL government, supposedly to intensify the integration of young people. With so much material, this book conducts a study of profiles and preferences, accompanied by reflections, in order to analyze the means that Macky SALL's management has set in motion to extinguish the fires of distress of young people divided between despair, political entrepreneurship, clandestine emigration, vandalism and so on. Inspired by daring models, these reflections oppose the Bureau Opérationnel de Suivi (BOS) of the Plan Sénégal Émergent (PSE) with a Plan Suivi Évaluation (PSE), in the sense of unifying the dispersed support supports for young people in Training, Employment and Entrepreneurship, and opening up to private investment, via a digital innovation transversal to the target.
