Without political power, the poor, untouchable folk society has not been given the power of politics; no matter how educated they are, how skilled or efficient they are, they will not be able to be known as citizens of human society, removing their identity as folk people. The human society, the civil society or the elite class has occupied a prominent place, and to keep it under its capture forever, they are planning and inventing new tactics and politics after politics. To keep their power in place, they are doing the above activities.
