About the author

Avocat pénaliste et consultant juridique. Il est titulaire d'une maîtrise en éducation et politiques publiques et s'est spécialisé en droit pénal, procédure pénale et criminologie à l'université catholique pontificale de Campinas. Auteur de plusieurs livres et articles scientifiques, tant au niveau national qu'international, il a également écrit des essais et des articles journalistiques.
