The late Ainslie Meares, MD DPM was an eminent Australian psychiatrist who made major contributions to hypnosis. Bruhn met Dr Meares in 1984 and attended his meditation classes over the course of that year. He trained much later, with Pauline McKinnon, who taught him to teach Meares' method, after an injury in 2011. About the author










The author is Owen Bruhn. Bruhn met Dr Meares in 1984 and attended his meditation classes over the course of that year. He trained much later, with Pauline McKinnon, who taught him to teach Meares' method, after an injury in 2011. Bruhn has several decades experience as a health practitioner working the public and private sector. He is also a Primal Blueprint and postural alignment coach.
