Health as a Citizen's Right and a Duty of the State - The scope of the right to health

The core of this book aims to briefly highlight the Right to Health and its scope, analysing the Federal Constitution and sparse laws, as well as the current understanding of the Courts regarding the Right to Health and its scope. Health is a right of the citizen and a duty of the state, and it is not possible to allege the reserve of the possible, i.e. where the state shirks its responsibility to guarantee the citizen a constitutional right.
