He is the founding editor of the Journal of Family Communication , and received the NCA’s Bernard J. Brommel Award for Outstanding Scholarship and Distinguished Service in Family Communication. His publications include books, chapters and articles about various facets of family communication. Glen H. Stamp is a Professor, Department Chair, and Director of Graduate Studies in the Department of Communication Studies at Ball State University. He has previously published one book (with Thomas J. Socha) on parent-child communication as well as authoring numerous articles and chapters in interpersonal communication and family communication.
