Informationen zum Autor Paul Ekins is Reader in Environmental Policy in the Department of Environmental Studies, Keele University and a Programme Director of the sustainable development charity Forum for the Future, directing its Sustainable Economy Programme. He is the author of numerous books, including A New World Order (1992) and editor, with M. MaxNeef, of Real-Life Economics (1992). In 1994 he received the United Nations Environmental Programme Global 500 Award ‘for outstanding environmental achievement’.
