The peculiarity of the monograph is connected with the possibility of forming self-organized information structures in intelligent and non-crystalline materials, information and communication systems, and artificial intelligence. Self-organized information structures have unique information characteristics and access without dissipative functioning through fractality. Fractality provides an opportunity to create new intelligent environments and innovative information processing and transmission systems.
