Boosting Green Gram Yield with Phosphorus and Thiourea Synergy - Enhancing Green Gram (Vigna radiata L.) Yield Through Effects of Phosphorus Fertilization and Thiourea Application

Based on the results of one year experimentation, it seems quit logic to conclude thatunder medium black calcareous soil of South Saurashtra Agro-climatic Zonefor getting better quality, higher yield and net realization, summer green gram should be fertilized with 40 kg P2O5/ha (along with recommended dose of nitrogen: 20 kg N/ha) further foliar spray of thiourea @ 500 ppm at branching and flowering stage it be beneficial.
