This project was carried out in an Insertion Community, which takes in children and their parents, with the aim of understanding the day-to-day work of this institution. This project aims to get to know these young mothers and the reasons that led to their institutionalization, the difficulties for future autonomy and also the work carried out by the teams at this institution to promote the development of skills for these young women and their children. In view of the difficulties related to the lack of life skills of these young women, for a transition from institutional life to autonomous life, this work aims to enhance the development of skills for the life project of young women in this context.The project was planned to last one year, and at the beginning it was an internship, but unfortunately with the pandemic, we had to change the modality to Project Work, thus conceived with the purpose of working on the difficulties of developing the skills of young people. we present an action plan to be implemented in the work of the teams with this public.
