Herbicides are mostly used worldwide. However, their use causes undesirable health effects, directly affecting those who are constantly exposed for a prolonged period of time. Atrazine is one of them and is known to affect the central nervous system by exerting its actions mainly on the dopaminergic system. Male sexual behavior is a motivated behavior that is controlled by the mesolimbic dopaminergic system. Therefore, this book describes alterations on the expression of male sexual behavior produced by atrazine with doses that are normally exposed to the population in the copulatory behavior model. Proposing the time in which the herbicide can alter it and the possible mechanisms involved.
