The present research, due to its design, is mixed, taking as reference a sample of 109 students with different abilities enrolled in the semester 2023-2 at the University of Sonora and belonging to the educational inclusion program. The objective is to determine the quality of the educational inclusion program at the University of Sonora through the perspective of students with different abilities, in order to establish the importance of physical activity and sports as a strategy to promote social integration and improve the quality of life of these students in the university environment. The results, of an exploratory nature, allow us to deduce that, based on the opinions of students with different abilities, the inclusion program of the University of Sonora is of low quality.
