About the author










Aaron Cohen is a Professor of Management at the University of Haifa, Israel. He has published about 100 papers in peer-reviewed journals. Noteworthy among his works are Multiple Commitments in the Workplace: An Integrative Approach (Taylor & Francis, 2003) and Counterproductive Work Behaviors: Understanding the Dark Side of Personalities in Organizational Life (Routledge, 2018).
