The purpose of this TFM is to respond to an intervention with a psycho-pedagogical approach called: Intervention Model: Methodology of Aptitudinal Vocational Guidance (OVA). It was designed through a three-day study with women in the framework of the armed conflict and ex-combatants of armed groups, who underwent Justice and Peace processes. (Cruz & González , 1997), (Rivas , 2006) (Matul & Ramírez , 2009) explain that in Central Ame-rica these processes had already been implemented, which gave side for the peace tables in Colombia through the creation of the peace agreements that gave rise to the pactaddos agreements in Article III of Legislative Act 01 of April 4, 2017, according to (Congreso República, 2017) where an institutional Body called the Special Jurisdiction for Peace - JEP was created.

Lisdey Valerien Salazar Molina, is a transgender woman belonging to the LGBTI social sectors of Colombia, Psychologist from the Universidad Minuto de Dios, Magister in Psychopedagogy from the International University of La Rioja - UNIR, student of a Specialty in Care Policies with Gender Perspective in Buenos Aires - Argentina.
