It is really important to look at the connection between multicultural competency and social work competency among undergraduate social work students in the global migration setting. The goal of this investigation is to explore the levels of multicultural and social work competencies among undergraduate social work students in the framework of international migration. This study will quantitatively assess the levels of multicultural and social work skills among undergraduate social work students to improve social work education and practice. Previous research has shown that social work students don't have the knowledge and skills needed to effectively serve diverse groups in a culturally sensitive way. Therefore, exploring the relationship between multicultural and social work skills and international migration among undergraduate social work students is extremely important.
