The work consists of an investigation on the topic: "The time children watch television and its relationship with their behavior in the second grade of primary education in Juliaca, Puno-2014". The fundamental concern of the problem is to determine what is the influence of television on the behavior of students in the second grade of primary education whose benefits arouse interest and awareness in parents and educators to guide the educational process towards the proper use of television as a non-destructive formative resource for children and youth puneña. This research was carried out through bibliographic and documentary compilation, opinion surveys to students of the second grade of primary education, the text is formed by the conceptual framework, theoretical framework, methodological framework and operational framework.
