Innovative practices - to improve the work climate in organizations

In this academic work we are given the opportunity to learn a little more (since to learn from all his experience we would have to read a hundred of his books) of Washington's perspective in relation to his practice as an Organizational Psychologist and Systemic Therapy Interventionist. In the content of this book, he proposes that the family system, as a social unit, is a determining factor that influences the mental health of workers.
