University education in Venezuela increasingly demands the improvement of teachers, so that they are able to face in a creative way the problems that arise in their professional performance. One of the most acute and complex problems that must be faced at present is to respond to the qualitative transformation of the university, raising the question of the quality of education, which has motivated a constant debate in the university sector.
