Célébration du neuvième art, l'exposition « Bande dessinée, 1964-2024 » invite à une traversée historique, depuis l'avènement de la contre-culture, dans les années 1960, jusqu'aux narrations les plus contemporaines. Pour la première fois en France sont réunis les trois principaux foyers d'expression que sont la création européenne, les mangas asiatiques et les comics américains. Autour de thématiques communes se dessine un jeu d'échos inattendus entre les auteurs.

A celebration of the ninth art, « Bande dessinée, 1964-2024 » is an invitation to relive the sixty years of comics history from the birth of the counterculture of the 1960s to the cutting-edge comic-books of today. For the first time in France, the three epicentres of this art - European and American comics and Asian mangas - are brought together, revealing surprising parallels between their authors.
