The monograph outlines the concepts, main tasks and stages of development of state regulation and analyses the production and economic condition and development of state regulation of the agrarian sector of the republic. It is well known that the need for state regulation of the agrarian sector of Tajikistan, involves the implementation of a set of measures to influence the state on the economic system, which arises from the place and role of this sphere in the conditions of the formation of a market economy in the Republic of Tajikistan in particular. The monograph considers principles, methods and tools and assessment of the current state of the agrarian sector. Not less important function of the state regulation is support of stable demand for food products and agricultural raw materials for processing industry taking into account their optimal structure of needs. Trends in the development of economic efficiency of production in the agrarian sector of the Republic of Tajikistan are analysed.
