The book aims to provide a general framework and a clear and concise introduction, as a stimulus for further in-depth analysis, of the main current issues of international commercial and tax relations, from the theoretical and practical aspects of corporate governance covered in the first chapter, to the contractual balance protection clauses in the Investment State Contracts sector covered in the second chapter; from the relations and interferences between intellectual property law and competition law treated in the third chapter, to the particular flexibility and expansive force of international commercial practices in the regulation of issues relating to the movement of goods from one country to another, object of examination in the fourth chapter, to conclude with the study, conducted in the fifth chapter, of fundamental and delicate aspects of international taxation, capable of significantly impacting the economic development processes of various countries. Current times are characterised by a global interconnection of geopolitical, commercial and international tax relations, and the book constitutes an useful and agile tool for a better understanding of such interconnection.
