Effective and Empathetic Communication in Emergency Situations - Bibliographic analysis of available publications and protocols in emergency and disaster situations.

In this paper we propose to address the topic of Effective and Empathic Communication, framed within the Psychology of Emergency, as a relevant skill for the current training of psychologists. A previous theorization and subsequent exploration and analysis of a sample of publications in Spanish that work on communication tools and strategies in crisis situations will be carried out. The search for publications and protocols will be explored by means of different descriptors in open access databases, in order to serve as a guide against the proposed path to date of the chosen topic.
