Road accidents are caused by various factors, including the driver, the vehicle itself, the road, and even environmental factors. However, the main factor causing road accidents is human and is related to the individual's own behaviour, for example, the poor combination of driving and alcohol consumption, driving and speeding, and nowadays the presence of distracting behaviours. In the results of this book, distractors such as the use of mobile phones, activities such as smoking, eating, drinking, even the presence of unrestrained pets in the vehicle, among others, can be observed. The information presented here can be useful for designing programmes or strategies aimed at young drivers or even teenagers in order to prevent them from suffering a road accident as a result of a distraction.
