Christine Gust, MBA, PHR, SHRM-CP, is an experienced human resources professional skilled in onboarding, training, talent acquisition, recruiting, process improvement, compliance, applicant tracking systems, leadership, interviewing, human resources information systems, and employee relations. Her work has led to aligning HR strategies to advanced practice provider organizational objectives, policies, programs, and initiatives. She is skilled at applying process improvement methodologies and is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt. She is experienced with best practices and understands the value of healthcare team optimization utilizing APPs. With over 25 years of HR experience, she serves as the human resources subject matter expert for APP-related matters within University of Iowa Health Care. Gust leads institutional metrics related to APP employment, turnover, transfers, and board specialty and has worked on special interest projects to optimize APP practice. She is well versed in APP onboarding, training, engagement, and retention.
