This book is aimed at teachers and parents as a pedagogical support for the development and implementation of strategies to strengthen the management of emotions in pre-school children inside and outside the classroom. It will also serve as a guide, providing activities to promote proper management of emotions, strengthening parenting guidelines, with the help of positive discipline. For this we must know some basic concepts such as positive discipline and parenting guidelines, both concepts are vital to promote proper emotional management, allowing children to develop correctly and if necessary to cope with various situations. Emotional intelligence is also the ability to recognise our own feelings and those of others, to motivate ourselves and to manage emotions well, in ourselves and in our relationships with others. In the first years of life, it is essential to manage emotions well, as this will allow for good development and the acquisition of appropriate behaviour in each of their activities.
