She is the author of Teaching Online: A Practical Guide, a leading book in the field of online teaching, and the series editor for the Best Practices in Online Teaching and Learning series. She has more than 20 years of online teaching and faculty development experience.
Olena Zhadko is Director of Online Education at Lehman College, City University of New York, USA. She has 15 years of experience providing leadership in online education and innovative use of technology in teaching and learning. With Susan Ko, she is the co-author of Best Practices in Designing Courses with Open Educational Resources.
