This is the first volume to provide an overview of critical perspectives on the ethics of Artificial Intelligence (AI), at a point when growth in AI technologies has exploded but the study of the difficult moral problems presented by AI use is only in its infancy. S. Matthew Liao is Arthur Zitrin Chair of Bioethics, Director of the Center for Bioethics, Professor of Global Public Health, and Affiliated Professor in the Department of Philosophy at New York University. He is the author of
The Right to Be Loved (Oxford University Press 2015) and editor of
Moral Brains: The Neuroscience of Morality (Oxford University Press 2016); and the co-editor of
The Philosophical Foundations of Human Rights (Oxford University Press 2015) and
