McLeod is an Associate of the Building Research Establishment and a freelance building performance consultant. He is one of the UK’s leading Passivhaus designers and experts in low carbon design. He has a PhD in Building Physics from Cardiff University and is a Chartered Engineer and a Member of IMeche.
