Robert J. Greene, PhD, consults with organizations on formulating and evaluating human resource management strategies and designing, implementing, administering and evaluating performance and rewards management programs. He is CEO of Reward Systems, Inc., a consultancy whose mission is "Helping Organizations Succeed Through People."
