His previous books include: Who’s Watching the Spies?: Establishing Intelligence Service Accountability (with Hans Born and Loch Johnson, 2005) and International Intelligence Cooperation and Accountability (with Hans Born and Aidan Wills, Routledge, 2011). Njord Wegge is Senior Research Fellow at the Norwegian Institute of International Affairs (NUPI).
