Robin G. Milne was an Honorary Research Fellow and is now Specialist Professional in Economics at the University of Glasgow, UK, where he was previously Senior Lecturer.


Summary

This book looks at the nature and extent of civic engagement, in terms of the use made of the National Health Service, state education, social security, and the workplace; and the identification of impediments to its full realisation.
