Informationen zum Autor Naomi Jacobs is a researcher currently based at the University of Aberdeen, whose various work focuses on interaction in digital and physical spaces. This has included interdisciplinarity and knowledge exchange, fan practices of sharing online, and the effect on communities of internet of things technologies. Rachel Cooper OBE is Distinguished Professor of Design Management and Policy at Lancaster University. Professor Cooper’s research covers: design thinking; design management; design policy, across all sectors of industry. She has a specific interest in design for wellbeing and socially responsible design, and has published widely on these topics.
