Education in the Third World

Die professionelle Beziehung zwischen Fachkraft und Klientel hat im Rahmen der Sozialen Arbeit eine tragende Bedeutung für das Gelingen oder Scheitern der Hilfe. Diese Tatsache wird in der Fachliteratur von allen Seiten betont, Hinweise für die Praxis, für die methodische Gestaltung dieser Beziehung fehlen jedoch weitgehend. Ausgehend von dieser Tatsache entwickelt die Autorin auf der Grundlage soziologischer, psychologischer, padagogischer und nicht zuletzt beraterischer Konzepte ein theoretisches Modell der professionellen Beziehung, das sie in einem zweiten Schritt auf drei Live-Beratungssitzungen anwendet, indem sie diese filmt, mit den Beteiligten Interviews führt und die Fachkrafte anschliessend mit dem Filmmaterial konfrontiert, um deren Deutungen für die Interpretation zu nutzen.
